Amigos: it is a restaurant that offers different types of food; they offer excellent lunch menus, dinner specials, breakfasts and amazing burgers.
Panamonte restaurant: it is actually the Panamonte hotel’s restaurant but you can enjoy a meal there even if you are not staying there. The food is amazing and the staff is super friendly. They offer all types of gourmet cuisine and wonderful cocktails.

Java Juice: is the best place in both Boquete and David to have the best burgers they offer different types of burgers and all types of natural fruit shakes.
Antojitos Taco Place: offers great Mexican food, you can choose between fajitas, tacos and nachos. All of the choices are great and inexpensive.
Tammy’s: offers amazing burgers, roasted chicken with fries, but their specialty is their Middle Eastern dishes like hummus and falafel.

Caffe Pomodoro: it is located at the Valley at The Hotel Rio, it is a beautiful environment with serene surroundings. The food is not that great but the environment makes up for the food.

Yalty’s Boquete Country Inn: is a bed and breakfast that offers the best American breakfast in all of Boquete. You can choose between strawberry and banana waffles, strawberry pancakes or blueberry crepes. It is a little expensive but it is worth it.

The rapids are class 3 and 4, and class 3 rapids are likewise available on the Chiriqui River. For an easier time, the Rio Esti offers class 2 rapids, which is perfect for a family trip with young children.

Fishing is also a favorite pastime for both locals and visitors, as the city is within reach of both the Caribbean Sea/Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Pacific on the other.
